Ingredients

2 tsp olive oil (or butter) 2 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup broth ½ cup milk 1 tsp flour or cornstarch 2–4 tsp butter (for finish) 1–2 tsp Old Bay seasoning Salt, pepper, & lemon juice

Notes

Perfect over shrimp pasta or blackened chicken.

Directions

Sauté garlic in oil/butter until fragrant. Whisk flour into milk/broth and add to the pan. Simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining butter for a silky finish. Season with Old Bay and a squeeze of lemon.
