Ingredients

Dry Mix: 3 tbsp + 2 tsp milk powder 1 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch 1 ⅓ tsp bouillon Pinch of mixed herbs & pepper Liquid: 1 cup water, milk, OR broth

Notes

⅓ cup of dry mix equals one standard 10.5oz can of soup.

Directions

In a small saucepan, whisk ⅓ cup of the dry mix with 1 cup of your chosen liquid. Cook over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, whisking constantly. Once thick and creamy, use immediately as a replacement for one can of condensed soup.
