Ingredients

1 ⅓ cup of 110° water 2 tsp active dry yeast 1 tbs sugar 3 cups [360g] flour 2 tbsp olive oil cornmeal for dusting

Notes

You can also use this dough for Calzones, Stromboli, pizza wheels, and so much more!

Directions

Mix together warm water, yeast, & sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes until foamy indicating active yeast. Separate bowl- 3 cups flour, tsp salt. Add yeast to flour mixture & add 2 tbs oil. Mix in stand mixer or knead by hand until dough is coming clean off sides. Shape into a ball onto a lightly floured surface. Oil a clean bowl and place dough. Flip so both sides are evenly coated. Cover & place in a warm environment for 1-2 hours until doubled in size. Once doubled, reshape into a ball onto a lightly floured surface. Cut dough in half to make 2 pizzas. Bake right away with your favorite sauce, cheese, & toppings at 450° for 15 minutes. OR FREEZE: Roll into each dough into a ball & place in airtight container in the freezer. Defrost overnight in the fridge or place in covered bowl on countertop until room temperature.
